For replying to the reviews of Agoda/ Expedia, post reply option is available on the dashboard which will redirect the user to the extra-net of Agoda/ Expedia.
As there is a 2-step authentication process that is involved in replying to Agoda's/ Expedia’s reviews, therefore these cannot be replied directly from the dashboard.
